DAY 2 JURY IS COMPLETE: OCT 25, 2002

I have to write quick today because I think my wife is starting to get suspicious about all the time I'm putting in on this trial. I'm not sure if she misses me a whole lot or she's just mad I'm not spending all day making more T-shirts so she can pay for the new IKEA living room set.

Anyway, they picked the jury and all the pre-trial motions have cleared the deck. Some famous agent is on the jury along with Winona's "peers." The LA Times was denied a motion to unseal the pre-trial motions. No settlement in store and Winona looks ready to fight. See, I'm getting really good at this.

Instead of rambling on and on like I did yesterday, I'm just going to use my t-shirt designing skills to give you, the BFA readers, the best seat in the house.
